We had a prompt response to our request for a quote to replace our domestic boiler. The information provided was detailed clearly and enabled a fair comparison with other quotes which helped us make the decision to proceed with D R Bell. An installation date was provided and Davie turned up with his team on time and as expected. The work was completed in well under a full day and it was a pleasant surprise to see the items (washing machine/ tumble dryer etc) we cleared away to give working space were returned and reconnected. Everything was clean and tidied up on completion and an explanation of the boiler settings provided. On the basis of our experience we would strongly recommend D R Bell .

Our ancient multi-fuel boiler failed and needed to be replaced. We discussed various options with David and opted for a regular oi-fired boiler. As planned David and Idris spent a valiant two days doing a very tidy and effective job, just in time for the colder weather.

I contacted D R Bell for a quote to have a new boiler fitted to replace an ancient one that was on it's last legs. Davie visited the property, asked several questions about what I was looking for and then looked over the area for replacement. He also measured the water flow and gathered some other information about the location for the new boiler. The quote was detailed and offered excellent value. When the work was completed Davie arrived on time and got straight to work. The job was done with no hassle and plenty of discussion with us. All in all, a first class service. Highly recommended.
