I've used them for a few years now and find them to be really excellent - reliable, efficient, friendly. But their IT system is awful. I had so many automated emails about the appointment all with different dates and times (some even for next year), which was obviously confusing. In the end I just texted the guy to check. And then after the work was done I had a load of emails with the invoice, and one even saying I'd paid it when I hadn't.

My 12 year old boiler stopped heating overnight 17/18 Jan 2023 (still had hot water). My wife found Ph Plumbing on Neighbours with a lot of good reviews so gave them a call. Jake turned up to diagnose the problem early evening 18th but was unable to fix it needing spare parts (typical for an old boiler). Promised to return 19th and turned up 2 hours earlier than expected (after texting). In the end the job required 3 spare parts but they had the system up and running before they left. Very pleasant and professional and the bill ended up cheaper than expected. Would highly recommend them and I am putting them in my contacts after removing 3 others who could not even be bothered to return my texts/messages.

What great friendly guys. Highly recommend PH P&HS. Nothing too much trouble, superb service, great knowledge and experience, I feel like they are in a superior league of their own. And, they are very reasonable for the quality of work done. They also tidy up after themselves. A rare breed! Many thanks

It was really easy to book in the boiler service by email and communication was great. The engineer turned up on time, wore a face mask and was friendly and helpful. Our boiler is 20 years old and we are looking to replace it but at no point did the engineer try and sell to us. I highly recommend this company - they are trustworthy, do a great job and are so easy to deal with.
